March Update

Thank You!

It certainly was a rainy dismissal today!  Thanks to all of the parents who waited patiently in the car pick up line as our dismissal  procedures took a little longer today.  As a result, were able to avoid having our students stand in the pouring rain.  We appreciate the efforts of our extraordinary paras who help out on the pick up line each day as well as the extra faculty and staff who stepped up and stepped out in the rain to give us support during dismissal today. We hope that everyone remains warm, dry and safe this evening and throughout the weekend.

Music in our Schools Month

March is Music in our Schools Month! Today, cast members from Medway High School’s production of The Little Mermaid visited Memorial School to kick of this month long celebration of music in our schools . Our students listened as cast members preformed a few songs from the musical. Additionally, our students had the chance to engage in a question and answer session with the performers. We encourage Medway families to purchase tickets to the play. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. You can find a link to purchase tickets below.

We are excited to announce a new event at Memorial School. This year, all families are invited to join us on March 27th  to celebrate Music in Our Schools Month with the first Memorial School Open Mic Night!  We invite students and their families to come and hear performances by Memorial School students.  Students may play an instrument, sing a song, or read an original poem.  We look forward to this sharing a night of music with you.
