November News from

Memorial School

Thank You!

On behalf of the faculty and staff of Burke-Memorial, thanks to all of our families for the delicious luncheon which MEPTO sponsored for us this past week. We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of this  gesture. As you can see from our update below, November is a busy month for our school.   Walking into a beautifully decorated faculty room to enjoy a warm catered lunch was a much needed treat. We certainly feel appreciated and  lucky to be part of the Medway community. Thank you!

Third Grade Students Head to Plimoth Plantation

Our third grade students are headed to Plymouth MA this week to visit the Plimoth Plantation. While there, students will have the opportunity to take a step back into history and visit a 17th Century English Village and a Wampanoag Homesite. Our students have been busy learning about the Wampanoags and this time period.  We are excited for our students to see their learning “come to life”!

If your child is headed to Plimoth Plantation this week, please be sure to keep an eye on the weather and dress your children appropriately, It can be chilly by the water, so layers are always a good option!
