Dear Parents and Community Members:

Medway Public Schools is pleased to provide you an update on the creation of our five year strategic plan for the school district. Our district has much to be proud of given the educational accomplishments which have been achieved over the past several years to transform the district into a high achieving educational institution. A strategic plan will guide the district for the next five years by articulating the mission, values and goals of the district so that our schools can continue to progress and prepare our students for their future. The Medway School Committee, and school leaders, believe that this is an important next step to ensure Medway Public Schools’ continued growth and academic achievement.

Thank you to the over 1200 community members, parents, faculty and staff, students, and town officials who engaged with us either in person or through their participation in the survey.  The insights that you provided were robust and meaningfully and we feel that we have a significant amount of data in response to the question, "What do you value?" to fuel the development of a strategic plan that will serve our learners and community well.

Please continue to check back often as this site will be updated periodically.  A full timeline of this process can be found on the left side of this page.

Should you have any questions regarding this process or other ways in which we can support you and/or your child(ren)’s success, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Interim Superintendent             Chair, Medway School Committee
