YIN Yoga with Sheila Hassan
YIN is a style of yoga that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses. It targets the deep connective tissue, focusing on stressing the tissue to restore its length and strength for enhanced stability and flexibility. During the stillness of the practice, meditation techniques are used to quiet the mind. You can expect to leave class feeling greater ease of motion with less effort and more relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat. Blocks, yoga strap and yoga blanket are recommended, but optional. Register for one or multiple sessions!
