A message from COMMUNITY ED
Dear Families ~ Thank you for your child's Summer Adventures Registration. A recent Health Record & Immunization Record must be uploaded in order for the registration to be complete:
Log into your FamilyID account https://www.familyid.com/medway-community-education/summer-adventures-camp-summer-2022
Find your Summer Adventures Registration and Select Edit Registration
Find Additional under Participants - click on Choose File and upload documents
Scroll down and select Save
Please do not email medical forms to Community Education as attachments. The system does not allow us to upload into an existing registration. Hard copies are NOT acceptable on the first day of camp.
All programs will follow COVID-19 safety and health guidelines set forth by the Medway Public School District and the Medway Board of Health. Contact communityed@medwayschools.org with questions.
Medway Community Education is a department of the Medway Public Schools. The department provides year-round learning and enrichment programs. The programs support social, academic and physical growth for children and adults in Medway and surrounding communities.
