AGILITY & QUICKNESS FOR YOUNG ATHLETES ( Functional Athletic Training) - grades 3-6
With Coach Bryan Kelly MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY When children participate in sports, they often do not think about the movements that go into what they are doing on the field, court or baseball diamond. Basically, children move mindlessly and are not “in their heads” when running, jumping or playing. In this program, Coach Kelly will help participants by first breaking down movements to their basic foundations then exposing them to different movements and drills that will improve their Speed, Agility and Quickness. Help your child become a better athlete by being a more conscious player!
